May 2023 release notes

In our May 2023 release notes, we are thrilled to highlight these product improvements:Gmail Performance Enhancements - we have significantly improved the collection speed for data coming from Gmail. In a test environment, we saw processing time for a large sample data set of Gmail data go from 20+ hours to under 5 hours. 🎉 Enhanced Export Management - users can now change the name of exports on the ‘Export’ main page and the export detail page. Product release highlights - Q1 '23

In Q1 of 2023, we were excited to announce the release of many new and improved product features. Our product team designed these features to enhance the Onna experience and allow users to get the most value out of Onna. Here's a rundown of just a few of the new and improved features released in Q1 of 2023:Highlight #1: My Plan Data Summary PageThe new 'My plan' page allows Onna admin to quickly check their site data usage at any time without having to contact support or a Customer Success representative. Onna OneDrive Enterprise Connector

We are excited to announce the launch of our new OneDrive Enterprise Connector!The now live OneDrive Enterprise connector makes discovery collection from OneDrive easier and more powerful. And it extends Onna's Microsoft ecosystem coverage already included in our Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams connectors. By 'enterprise' we mean collections can cover multiple people in a single process, rather than one individual user. And like all of our connectors, OneDrive is included in an Onna license and comes with unlimited use. Onna's new Microsoft OneDrive connector provides:Quicker collections through an improved workflow and faster population of custodians. As the user starts typing custodian names, Onna presents a list of candidates which is refined as more characters are added. This simplifies and speeds the selection of custodians. New: Platform API

Wish there was a way you could push data directly into Onna from any source? Well, now there is! As amazing as Onna connectors are, we know we can’t cover every data source (yet!). The Platform API is our doorway for partners and customers to leverage Onna directly, rather than through applications. Now, customer developers can push data directly into Onna—to be processed, centralized, and made machine and human-readable. Once in Onna, the data becomes indexed, searchable, and available within the Onna eDiscovery application. The Platform API:  Provides a way for Onna to say ‘yes’ to all data sources Opens the Onna platform to customer developer resources Helps you use the Onna platform in new and exciting ways Does not cost you anything to use, nor are their any storage limitations within Onna With this launch comes: An Authentication service, which allows authorized users the ability to grant developers access to the API service An Ingestion service, which enables data to be

Participants are missing from Search filter. "Basic search" Search term disappears when running searches at workspace level.
