Jim has been using Onna for six months, and we are delighted that he is a part of our Onna Connect community! Welcome, Jim! How did you get your start in the eDiscovery industry?Hi, Michelle! I got started on the Helpdesk with a large Boston law firm and transitioned into Litigation Support. I liked the idea of working with databases and large data sets, being technical in nature, I felt that fit my personality and interests the best. When I was first introduced to eDiscovery via Z-Print, and the processing of PST files into individual documents and attachments, I was really impressed and wanted to continue learning more about how those processes worked. What are your day-to-day responsibilities?I spend my days assisting clients with finding the best ways to perform their current jobs. I also help clients find new and efficient ways of doing things they didn't know yet

Part of the reason why I wanted Onna to create a community was for us to unite as a community to support each other and to celebrate our successes. Huge congratulations to @afarrow of Lyft for receiving the Bay Area ORBIE 2022 Award for Large Enterprise. The ORBIE Award honors CIOs who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership. This award has special meaning because finalists and winners are selected by an independent peer review process, "led by prior ORBIE recipients, based upon leadership and management effectiveness, business value created by technology innovation and engagement in industry and community endeavors." We love seeing our Onna customers getting the attention they deserve! Given I don’t have exposure to all the cool things everyone is doing, please turn yourself, your peers, and your teams in, so we can celebrate together! Again, congratulations to @afarrow for this well-deserved award!Sincerely,Michelle
