How to unsubscribe from topics and subforums
You've probably noticed that you receive an email notification when someone replies to a topic you have started or been active in. This tutorial explains how to turn off these notifications.General settings for notificationsYou receive notifications of topics or sub-forums that you have subscribed to. You are subscribed to topics you have started by default, but you can change this in the settings on your Profile page:Note: This will not unsubscribe you when you have subscribed to an entire subforum. If you receive notifications for new topics in a specific subforum, you will have to visit this subforum and click on "unsubscribe" in the top right corner of the subforum overview.Unsubscribe to specific topicsYou can also do this for an individual topic by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the post. How to report inappropriate content
This article will show you how to report inappropriate content.Should you come across a topic or a comment that you think needs to be reported, then please click on the three dots on the bottom right of a post and click on "Flag": Cases in which topics or comments should be reported:Spam Advertisement Soliciting Harassment Private information (Email address, phone number, etc.) Any other content which conflicts with our Terms and ConditionsIf you should be uncertain whether or not you should report a topic or a comment, please report it anyways. We will check your report as soon as possible and decide on further steps, if necessary.
How to edit your own post
If you made a mistake while writing your post, or if you want to add more information, then you can do this by following these steps:Please go to the post which you would like to change. Hover your mouse over the three dots on the right bottom corner, and click on "Edit": Note: When you are new to the community, the time you can edit a post is limited to 60 minutes. Users with a higher rank have no limit for editing their posts. Should there be private information in your post that you would like to see removed, please don't hesitate to send me a private message.

This article describes how you can add images and videos to your post. Upload imagesYou can upload images to your post by clicking on the small image icon in the text editor:All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif) Embed videosAdding videos to your post can be done by clicking on the three dots on the far right side of the text editor. You can add videos from Youtube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion.Note: Please paste the original video URL, not e.g. the URL for embedding videos. How to start a new topic
What kind of topic are you creating?Decide if your topic is a question, a conversation, or an idea. A conversation is a typical discussion topic. If you make your topic a question, you can mark a reply from another user as the answer. This will help other users with the same question find the solution quicker. Create a titleNow you need to define a title for your topic - choose a short but descriptive title. It should summarize your topic. This way, other users can quickly see if they can help you. Describe what your topic is aboutDescribe your issue as detailed as possible. Other users can help you better when they know what you are trying to do (and where you do not get any further). Please don't share any private information (email address, phone number, etc.), as all this information will be publicly shared.
